Architectural Signage Production Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team. The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality output, and timely delivery of projects. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch products.
Architectural Signage Production Manager:
* Oversee the daily operations of the production department, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless workflow and clear communication.
* Develop and implement production schedules, prioritizing projects based on deadlines and resource availability.
* Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.
* Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to maintain efficiency and quality.
* Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed, optimizing cost and minimizing waste.
Architectural Signage Production Manager:
* At least 3+ years of Custom Architectural Sign Industry experience
* At least 1+ years of Production Management experience
* Highly experienced/knowledgeable in custom sign fabrication such as channel letters, monument signs, pylon signs, cabinet signs, and more.
* Experience managing workflow and employees in manufacturing environment
* Extremely organized and detail oriented
* Computer proficiency is a must, specifically in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets) and Word programs.
* Strong communication and problem solving skills.
