The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the requirements of all the Cooper City, FL facility. You will work with designated Facilities Supervisor or Team Leader to coordinate the use of outside contractors for maintenance and building projects, ensuring services provided are safe, cost effective and efficient. This will involve preparing requests that include details and justification for using outside sources for projects and also utilizing the pre-approved contractor list as appropriate.
This is a 1st shift position. Working Hours for this role are: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Pay range for this opportunity is $21.35/hr - $27.63/hr. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
