We’re looking for a General Liability Claims Adjuster to take ownership of managing complex, litigated claims from start to finish. In this role, you’ll collaborate with defense counsel, senior leadership, and multiple departments to ensure fair resolutions while protecting company interests.

You’ll play a key role in:

  • Partnering with defense counsel and the VP of Risk Management to develop legal strategies and negotiate settlements.
  • Analyzing reserves, preparing files for mediations, and presenting settlement evaluations.
  • Investigating claims, reviewing legal documents, and providing recommendations on handling represented cases.
  • Attending hearings, mediations, trials, and monthly Resort Safety meetings to represent the company’s interests.
  • Identifying subrogation opportunities, reducing litigation exposure, and supporting safety initiatives to prevent future claims.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to gather documentation and ensure compliance with internal programs and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in general liability claims adjusting, including litigation management.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A commitment to our core values: Integrity, Passion, and Work Ethic.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by protecting the organization, reducing risk, and driving successful claim resolutions—while working with a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
