Title: HR Assistant

Location: Houston, TX (100% in the office)

Pay: $24 - $28 / HR

Benefits : This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401 (k) benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 ·      Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.

·      Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

·       Organize, maintain, and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information.

·      Assist the HR Department in the management of day-to-day tasks.

·      Track leave balances.

·      Assist with benefits enrollment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 ·      Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

·      1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience (HR environment preferred).

·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

·      Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS or HR software a plus.

·      Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

·      Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.

·      Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
