Position: Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Canada, , Mississauga, ON
Status: Full Time, Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, ideally within building supply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and basic graphic design.
• French language proficiency considered an asset.

OVERVIEW:

• Provide sales support through customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and account management
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, targeted emails, and various selling initiatives.
• Assist with marketing activities including social media, website updates, promotional materials, email campaigns, and trade shows.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering product support, addressing feedback, and ensuring a positive client experience.
