Work where you matter.** **A Brief Overview** Provides members with an individual training program that is tailored to the needs, wants and desires of each client; based on their health history, test results and fitness goals. **What you will do** + Leads one-on-one, partner and small group training sessions to members and guests of all fitness levels. + Trains within standard guidelines of specialty certifications. + Establishes and appropriately progress client training programs, taking their medical history and conditions into consideration for a safe and effective approach to exercise. + Presents both staff and member training sessions on a rotating basis with new material or a review of current literature and trends. + Promotes and contributes to the growth of the overall training program through consistent, goal-directed contact of members and potential referral sources such as member clinical and physician contacts. + Participates in department meetings and training sessions and work toward meeting departmental and organizational goals. + Proficient in all core business software as it relates to scheduling, editing or cancelling appointments. + Demonstrates complete knowledge of emergency and safety procedures to maintain a safe patient environment. **Essential Qualifications** The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
