Job Description

• College degree or above; customer service-related work experience is preferred.
• Standard Mandarin.
• Proficient in either Brazilian Portuguese or Spanish (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); Brazilian accent for Portuguese is preferred.
• Fluent in English reading and writing; able to distinguish the difference between daily language and service language in writing.
• Possess good communication skills and clear logical thinking.
• Score 85 or above in the written test; Chinese typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Night Shift Requirement: 100% night shift, working hours from 00:00 to 09:00. - Communicate with customers in either Portuguese or Spanish (proficient in one of the two languages) via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers in the corresponding market with inquiries related to smart home appliances (such as robot vacuum cleaners, smart floor washers, wireless vacuum cleaners, and other small home appliances) on Amazon official website and overseas e-commerce platforms, including order & logistics tracking, return & refund processing, and after-sales technical consultation, providing customers with accurate and thoughtful services.
• Quickly understand customer needs through communication, resolve customer issues with efficient and accurate responses and professional services, and improve the overall customer satisfaction with the brand.
• Timely feedback problems found during the service process and actively put forward improvement suggestions.
