Reporting to the Director of Nursing Professional Development within a well-resourced Education Department, the Professional Development Education Specialist RN will collaborate closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, nurse leaders, preceptors, and interprofessional educators to deliver high-impact learning. The Professional Development Education Specialist RN will lead system-wide needs assessments, design and deliver competency-based curricula, advance onboarding and residency programs, drive simulation-based training, steward CE offerings, and support quality, safety, and accreditation initiatives with strong LMS tools and dedicated administrative resources—all alongside friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team that values mentorship, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
