Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family and mixed-use developments, leading teams effectively and maintaining strong client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during the construction process.
• Lead on-site teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project milestones.

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• BS in Construction Science or similar preferred
• 7+ years Experience in high-end multi-family construction
• Proficiency in project management software
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Local to South Boston
