Responsibilities:

  • Perform Scrum Master duties including facilitation of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos to maintain Agile best practices and optimize team performance
  • Revise and maintain software documentation library for each release, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of updated documentation to customers and enterprise stakeholders
  • Execute requirements management activities including development, flow-down, traceability, and verification tracking
  • Decomposing system requirements and collaborating with multi-disciplined, distributed teams to generate efficient and scalable solutions
  • Design test strategies and execute test cases for new feature releases; perform systematic bug testing and regression testing of OEM software components to identify defects and verify fixes
  • Participating in the development and execution of program milestones events such as Customer meetings, internal and formal Government testing events, and discrepancy report (DR) review boards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience working in software development or systems engineering
  • Effective cross-organizational communicator with the ability to work well in a small team, fast paced environment
  • Ability to support the systems engineering product life cycle with requirements management and testing
  • Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with using automated tests for continuous regression testing and formal requirement verification
  • Familiarity with automated test frameworks for BDD and UI testing
  • Experience in working with software-defined interfaces that use either XML or JSON to both document and implement
  • Experience with SATCOM or GEOINT systems
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and engage with virtual teams
  • Familiarity with Cloud Architectures and deployment requirements for US DoD
  • Experience investigating real-world engineering issues and communicating findings to technical teams
  • Demonstrated skills providing technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with configuration management practices and documentation delivery
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engage with virtual teams
  • Familiarity with Cloud Architectures and deployment requirements for US DoD
  • Experience in the operational deployment of multi-product baselines and functionality
  • Familiarity with MBSE and modeling tools such as Cameo
  • Experience with Gitlab for project management
  • Familiarity with object-oriented and/or scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar technologies
  • Current IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+, CISSP, or CASP)
  • Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance
