The Window Installer is responsible for the professional installation, replacement, and service of residential and commercial windows and doors. The ideal candidate will have experience with various window systems, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring every job meets our high standards for quality and safety.
Install, replace, and seal windows and doors according to company and manufacturer specifications
Measure openings and ensure products are properly fitted and level
Remove old windows and doors safely and dispose of materials appropriately
Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners and team members
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company quality standards
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed
Previous experience in window and/or door installation preferred
Knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and safety standards
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 75 lbs)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
